Named responsibility · evidence · discretion

How we work.

Tim and Paemi lead accepted work directly. This page separates evidence from assertion, explains where automation stops and states how publishing, corrections and private commissions are handled.

Policy 01

Publishing principles

Who is responsible

Tim and Paemi are the visible founders and operators behind the TimPaemi publishing work. TIMPAEMI CO., LTD. is the publisher. A personal Article byline is used only when route-specific evidence records the real contributor; anonymous freelancer personas are not used.

First-hand and compiled facts

First-hand work describes places, activity or production Tim and Paemi directly observed or carried out. It should say when the observation happened and avoid turning one visit into a permanent fact.

Compiled work covers rules, fees, schedules and other facts controlled by a third party. It should identify the primary source, carry a checked date and tell readers to reconfirm decisions involving money, health or immigration.

Automation boundary

Automation and AI tooling may support builds, checks, formatting, structured data, translation drafts and publishing workflow. A named person remains responsible for the public judgment, source choice, local context and final approval.

Review and conflicts

  • Material facts need a source or a first-hand basis.
  • Prices, fees and time-sensitive facts need an as-of date.
  • Paid, sponsored or affiliate relationships must be labelled where they influence a page or link.
  • Opinion must not be presented as a measured fact.
  • A page should be updated, corrected or withdrawn when its central premise is no longer reliable.

Private commissions

Client names, guest details, venues, budgets, images and confidential scope remain non-public unless explicit publication permission is agreed. Confidentiality is part of the accepted brief.

Policy 02

Corrections policy

A factual correction begins with the exact page, the statement at issue and evidence for the replacement. Email info@timpaemi.com.

What happens next

  1. Tim or Paemi checks the cited page and evidence.
  2. If the fact is wrong, the public copy and any matching structured data are corrected.
  3. The page's updated date changes when the correction is material.
  4. A visible correction note is added when readers could reasonably have relied on the earlier statement.
  5. If evidence conflicts, the disputed wording is qualified or held while the primary source is checked.

We correct factual errors. We do not remove an honest, clearly labelled opinion solely because its subject dislikes it. Legal or safety-sensitive requests are reviewed separately and may require outside advice.

Policy 03

Actionable feedback

Useful feedback gives us something checkable. Send the page URL, the exact passage or behavior, what you believe is wrong, the evidence and whether there is a safety or time concern.

Review route

  • Editorial facts and attribution: reviewed by Tim or Paemi.
  • Technical, privacy or accessibility defects: logged against the affected route and reproduced before closure where possible.
  • Commercial conflicts: reviewed against the ownership and funding disclosure below.
  • Abusive, threatening, credential-harvesting or irrelevant submissions may be ignored or blocked.

We do not publish a response-time promise. A requester's private identity is not added to a public correction note without permission.

Policy 04

Ownership and funding

Publisher: TimPaemi, operated through TIMPAEMI CO., LTD. by founders Tim and Paemi. The complete owned publishing disclosure is on What we publish as names and subjects, without sister-site URLs.

Revenue categories

Revenue may come from advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, partnerships and client work. A commission does not buy a better editorial judgment. Paid placement or sponsored content must be labelled on the relevant page, and affiliate links must be disclosed where they appear.

Editorial independence

Commercial relationships do not change editorial responsibility or who may receive a route-specific byline. A factual error remains correctable whether or not the subject is a partner. Client work and owned publishing must not be presented as the same kind of evidence.

Public legal facts: the verified English and Thai company names, juristic person number and registration date are published on the entity record. We do not publish ownership percentages, self-funding claims or a private or unverified street address without an approved record.

Revision record

Policy changes

DateChange
Aligned the Work description with the names-and-purposes disclosure: approved relationships stay clearly labelled and project names stay deliberately unlinked.
Separated publisher and operator responsibility from route-specific personal Article authorship, and aligned the editorial-independence policy with that evidence rule.
Added the private-commission confidentiality boundary and aligned the ownership notice with the verified company facts already published on the entity record.
Rebuilt this page around four permanent policy targets; added evidence boundaries, review routes and a public revision record.

Material policy changes are recorded here with their dates.

The method is public

The Work page labels approved public relationships and purposes; project names remain deliberately unlinked.
