Privacy policy.
How timpaemi.com handles technical request data, private-events list signups, measurement and direct enquiries.
1. Who operates this site
timpaemi.com is operated by TIMPAEMI CO., LTD. (บริษัท ทิมเปมิ จำกัด), registered in Thailand on under juristic person number 0205569014568. The founders are Tim and Paemi, based in Pattaya, Thailand. Privacy contact: info@timpaemi.com.
This policy publishes the operating locality, not a residential or unverified registered street address.
2. Data processed when you visit
Hosting and security. Cloudflare Pages delivers the site and may process IP address, request headers, requested URL, timestamps and security signals needed to serve and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Measurement. The shared site script can load Google Analytics after the first pointer or keyboard interaction, or after 60 seconds. On the Private Events route, it instead loads non-blockingly after the page has loaded so aggregate source and funnel measurement includes visits without requiring interaction. Storage and advertising consent are denied by default; client storage, Google Signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Google may still receive cookieless measurement pings and technical request data. See Google’s privacy policy.
Measurement can include the page viewed, referrer, general device or browser information, coarse location and interaction or performance events. An allowlisted src label, or the compact first-party s=q marker used by the Private Events QR code, may be used for aggregate source measurement. It is not sent to MailerLite as an identity field. Do not place private data in a URL.
3. Private Events list
What is collected. The Private Events form collects an email address. Submitting the form expresses the email consent stated beside the button. MailerLite records the subscriber and group state needed to deliver, suppress and unsubscribe email. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser, network and challenge signals to prevent automated abuse; the challenge token is checked by Cloudflare and is not stored in the mailing list.
Why it is used. The information is used only to manage the Tim & Paemi Private Events list and send future private-event information. A signup is not a ticket, reservation, payment, admission confirmation or availability guarantee. No payment details are collected on this page.
Email processor and confirmation. MailerLite receives the email address server-side and manages the TimPaemi Private Events group. New addresses, unconfirmed retries and deliberate rejoin requests are submitted as unconfirmed so MailerLite can require email confirmation. An address already active in MailerLite is added to the Private Events group only after this form receives explicit Events consent; the form never forces an address to active. Bounced or junk-suppressed addresses are not reactivated. The API credential remains encrypted in Cloudflare and is never sent to the browser. MailerLite may process confirmation, delivery status, unsubscribe state and message engagement under its privacy policy.
Withdrawal and deletion. Every event newsletter sent through MailerLite includes an unsubscribe link, and MailerLite adds its provider-managed one-click unsubscribe header. An unsubscribe is respected and is never silently forced back to active by this form. You can also request deletion or correction at info@timpaemi.com. List records are retained while the list operates and the address remains subscribed, or as needed for suppression, security, legal or deletion records; we do not publish an arbitrary fixed period that may conflict with the actual provider configuration.
4. Information you send directly
The Contact page does not submit a form to our server. It opens your chosen email route or shows the public address. If you email us, we receive the address, name and content you provide through the email service. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment details in a first message.
Private enquiries and commissions. Client names, guest details, venues, budgets, images and confidential scope are treated as non-public unless publication permission is explicitly agreed. Ordinary email is not a secure document vault; send only what is needed for the first decision and agree a suitable route before sharing sensitive files.
5. How information is used
- To deliver, secure and debug the website.
- To operate the Private Events list according to the consent shown at signup.
- To understand which public routes and allowed source channels are useful.
- To respond to project, media, correction and privacy messages.
- To meet legal obligations and protect the site or its users where necessary.
6. Providers and disclosures
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed by providers needed to host and secure the site, deliver requested email or measure use, including Cloudflare, MailerLite and Google, subject to their terms and our configuration. These providers may process data outside Thailand under their contractual and legal transfer arrangements. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
7. Advertising and cookies
The flagship routes do not include an active AdSense placement. The shared measurement configuration denies storage by default and requests no client storage. Browser extensions, external platforms and future approved integrations may behave separately.
If advertising, a consent manager or non-essential storage is introduced, this policy and the implementation must be updated together before collection begins.
8. External destinations
The site uses direct email links and may link to primary source documents, processor policies or public company records where they support a stated fact. When you open an external service, that provider’s policy and account settings apply. The flagship does not embed third-party social-media players or promote public social profiles.
9. Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email info@timpaemi.com with “Privacy request” and enough information to identify the relevant interaction. We may need to verify the request without asking for unnecessary identity data.
You can also use browser privacy controls and Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
10. Children
The site, premium events and services are not directed to children. If you believe a child sent personal data to us, contact the privacy address so the specific record can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
11. Changes
Material changes update the revision date at the top. The operational behavior, headers, form and shared scripts should be reviewed at the same time as this text.
