  • Our ferry page on a phone: the fare, and the last boats back from Na Baan and Tawaen.
  • Our beach comparison on a phone, with what is still unverified said plainly.
  • Our full-day plan on a phone, starting before the 09:40 ticket window at Bali Hai.
  • Our speedboat page on a phone: what a transfer costs by the operator’s own estimate, and its limits.

What changed, and why.

Before, it had 164 pages, many off its subject, with Google Analytics, a heavy map and an offline layer. Now it covers the trip itself, and every fare and time carries its source and date.

  • The first screen: the ferry fare, the last boats back, then three decisions.
  • The full ferry timetable, read from the operator’s own post, with its date.
  • Seven beaches compared side by side; what we couldn’t verify says so.
  • Three day plans, each with a buffer for the last boat back.
  • Our one black-and-white style and our own illustrations; run by Tim and Paemi.
